1. Shipping & Delivery
At Satyam Fashion, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
- Shipping Time: Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available.
2. Shipping Charges
- We may offer free shipping on prepaid orders above a certain value (as shown on the website).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an extra charge.
- Any additional shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your order using the courier website with the provided tracking ID.
4. Delays or Issues
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may happen due to:
- Weather conditions
- Transport or courier issues
- Public holidays
If your order is delayed, please contact us for support.
5. Address Details
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct.
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect details.
If the order is returned, extra shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review and provide a replacement or solution.
7. Cancellation & Changes
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once processed, orders cannot be canceled
- Address changes are possible only before dispatch
